- Having the Fox Family attend the TOH ceremony at Terry's Mile Zero in St John's.
- Seeing the dedication of Provincial Directors Heather, Barb, and Onne in going the extra mile in hosting us, transporting transmissions to the van, coordinating events and having a limo escort the van into St John's. ( that had to be your idea Heather)
- Not having any moose run into the vehicle driving the island, but having a lot of people warn us of moose, and visit us as we filled up at the gas stations. Expenses on gas for the tour mounting fast.
- Having the Marine Atlantic give us a free ferry ride from PAB to Sydney, Cape Breton. (movies on board too.)
- Bed and Breakfasts (Azelia Farmhouse),as well as Inns (Braeside Inn), of note along route in Nova Scotia who hosted us. ( Antigonish and Pictou )
- Meeting some school children who stopped to touch the van midway through a run in Pictou.
- Visiting with Yvonne Fox who presented Terry with a poem "It Couldn't Be Done" while stopping for chowder at John Pettipas's Market. ( a REAL experience )
- The organization of events in Corner Brook and Brookfield as well as every one we attended - THANK YOU !!!
- The Sanitation Department, and the Mayor of Halifax, for stopping their work on a major backup, and not making a stink, as we did our speeches to the crowd at Parade Square.
- BIG KUDOS to Scotia McLeod, Scotia Bank for the events to date, to Ford for the support, to Jason Ridgway who was kidnapped, even though his wife is due with their second child in a matter of weeks, who came along to replace transmissions, drive, and remind me I am an old redhead. To of course Mr. Fred Fox, for his guidance, and support in sending Terry's message to all of those we have visited. Thanks to Darrell Fox for allowing me the opportunity to travel along with this important historical home of Terry's, and help in a small way with the Tour of Hope.
